Once a new application has been put in place is being used in production, we assume that your IT staff would want to support it. We are glad to support any application we develop for you, however our experience has been that from an auditing aspect, corporations prefer their "employees" handling the support. That way there are no issues with the security of the data and the code.

All through our development, testing, training, and deployment phase, we develop extensive documentation that will allow your staff to completely understand and support the new application. We also understand that transitioning is not like a "cut-over" one-day event.
